Where are you from, Tristan? And what did you do before joining the Heritage Portable Buildings team?

I was born in North Idaho. I lived in two places in Eastern Washington, and I lived in Arkansas before moving to the Olympic Peninsula. I also delivered sheds for a couple of the nationwide shed companies before joining the Heritage team.

So, why did you decide to sell portable buildings in Sequim, WA?

I was not happy working for the nationwide companies, and I loved what I felt from everyone at Heritage from the first day I met them.

That’s wonderful to hear! What’s your favorite part of operating the Sequim lot?

I love helping customers find the right buildings to meet their needs.

What’s your favorite portable building model and why?

The Shaw Island is my favorite model because I believe this style depicts elegance and excellent detail, which is what Heritage strives for.

And what’s your best advice for anyone shopping for a building?

Consider your options carefully! Just because a building has a lower price doesn’t mean it is a better deal. Many other manufacturers cut corners everywhere they can, and they don’t point that out to you. But our sheds are designed to last 50 years!

Where can someone find you if you’re not selling portable buildings in Sequim, WA?

Fishing in the Strait of Juan De Fuca is definitely my favorite hobby. I also enjoy family outings in our RV.
