 You can purchase the building in sizes that range from 10×14 to 12×40. However, 14-foot-wide units are available for on-site construction only.

The Leavenworth’s Uses

Heritage Office Assistant Ariana Bontrager says customers love the Leavenworth.

“As soon as you see it, you can tell it is a grander design without being too flashy or showy,” she says. “We’ve had several customers already express that it’s a perfect fit for a mancave or workshop. Something about it seems to get a more masculine feel.”

She says portable building manufacturers designed the building for people who admired the Shaw Island’s grandeur but wanted something more toned-down. So, the new model contains bold-yet-rustic features that complement a home while blending into a landscape.

The Leavenworth’s Customizations

As a Heritage customer, you are welcome to adjust the Leavenworth’s design to suit your needs. For example, you can change the door’s style or location, remove windows, or add a garage door or lofts.

The overhangs and front corbels, however, are standard, non-changeable features. Unfortunately, the overhangs also prevent us from adding doors to the sidewalls. So, the Leavenworth doesn’t have as many customization options as other models. But you may discover that those limitations help speed up and simplify the design process.

All things considered, the Leavenworth is the perfect garden shed, workshop, or hobby space. It’s a little backyard getaway that helps you find your happy place without leaving home.
